Recruitment process
Application: Applications are accepted both online and in person at the Job Fair in the form of a CV.
Pre-screening: Takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of applicants.
Interviews: Selected candidates from the pre-screening phase will be invited for an interview, where we will have a brief discussion about their motivations, skills, and experience.
Feedback: Final decision/feedback will be provided within 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of interviews conducted.
