RECRUITEMENT PROCESS
At EPTA International BSC, we aim to make recruitment smooth, transparent, and as quick as possible:
– We start with an initial phone call with a recruiter to discuss your background and the role.
– Language skills assessment via a separate call, if a second language is required for the role.
– Interview with the manager or team lead responsible for the position (either online or in-person). The typical selection timeline is 1–2 weeks from the first contact to receiving a job offer.
