RECRUITMENT PROCESS

At Cushman & Wakefield, the recruitment process varies by seniority but follows a clear structure. Internships and junior roles typically include a screening call and one interview, with an assessment test added in some cases. Medior roles involve a screening call followed by two interviews — an informal and a technical one. Senior roles are more extensive, usually including three interviews after the screening call: an informal chat, a technical discussion, and a team‑fit meeting.
