RECRUITEMENT PROCESS

We like keeping our selection process simple and rational.

For entry level roles, we have 1 phone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team (TA) and 1 interview with the TA team and Hiring Manager.

Depending on the role you apply for, you can have an extra language check as part of the selection process. Some interviews are held online, some of them in person in our office. We get back to our candidates within 2 weeks, it can also happen we can do it sooner, because we know it is a long time for someone who is actively looking for a job.
